Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for EXPERIENCED Indoor Door Air Quality / Duct Cleaning and Aeroseal professionals! We are hiring both Lead Tech and Helper positions.

Specific Responsibilities:

Seal ductwork using an Aeroseal machine and computer system

Clean & sterilize HVAC duct systems with Abatement Technologies machine with an attached camera.

Provide excellent customer service and a high-quality experience to the customer.

Talk to customers about system improvements and other IAQ products

Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

Complete all necessary paperwork including agreements, finance documents, and follow proper call close procedures.

Attend weekly meetings and coaching sessions.

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Prior industry experience is a plus

Must be able to lift 50 - 100 pounds.

Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent communication skills

Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
