Requirements:

Leadership Experience: Proven success leading a small to medium direct sales force. You have overseen significant revenue growth from new business, shortened sales cycles, and enhanced overall sales effectiveness.

Sales Expertise: Exceptional coaching skills, a history of holding salespeople accountable to goals and metrics, motivating a team, and a record of successful sales selection. Proficiency in managing to KPIs and overseeing a sales pipeline is crucial.

Personal Qualities: You are data-driven, accountable, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection-proof, self-managing, and self-starting.

Communication Skills: Your communication skills stand out. You are an excellent listener, question with intent, give regular feedback, address issues tactfully, and have a flair for closing deals.

Industry Knowledge: While experience with window sales is a plus, it is not mandatory. However, a background in the Home Services industry is required.

Candidates must possess:
