Your team

We are a team within Wealth Management USA that supports the COO organization. This role is across all the US Lines of business (CUSO wide)

Your expertise

Key Responsibilities:

*Work with business stakeholders to understand the operational and analytical needs of the organization andprovide advice on advanced analytical approaches addressing specific needs.

*Proactively identify opportunities to leverage internal and external data in order to devise and implementdata-driven business solutions to drive the improvement of services and business processes.

*Apply analytical methods, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, in order to drive revenuegeneration, improve client experience, optimize targeting and communication, increase process efficiency,enhance automation, support risk mitigation, drive employee engagement and provide actionable insights tostakeholders across the organization.

*Understand and master underlying computing technologies and professional analytical work environments.

*Stay abreast of current business and technological trends relevant to UBS.

Key Deliverables:

*Identification of opportunities to leverage data in order to improve services and processes.

*Analyses and solutions for bespoke business questions driven by analytical methods.

*Communication of analytical insights, visuals, findings and recommendations adequate to target audience.

*Processes and tools for monitoring quality of insights and outcomes.
