As the EHS Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, projects, and policies
Create and lead site trainings to ensure compliance with all company, federal, state, and local regulations
Continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, equipment, working conditions through inspections, observations, and audits
Manage EHS documentation, records, audits, and reporting
Lead site incident investigations, provide corrective actions, document and track progress

As the EHS Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant technical degree
Minimum 7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment in an EHS focused role
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Continuous growing knowledge of federal, state, local, and company EHS regulations and requirements
Previous experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
