Plant Engineering Manager

Role

As a Plant Maintenance Engineer (also known as Facility Maintenance Manager, Plant Equipment Engineer), you'll be responsible for the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and machinery. You'll establish standards and policies for operating procedures, perform routine facility maintenance duties, develop monitoring systems, and manage technicians to accomplish engineering department tasks.Benefits

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Master's Degree preferred).

6+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.

Proficiency in PLC Programming, Industrial Robot Programming, Continuous Improvement, Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, PLC Troubleshooting Skills, PLC Wiring Experience, and Machine Safety Inspections.
