You will work with various data providers in the industry and drive initiatives to bring that data to Intapp’s ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the acquisition, validation, and integration of data feeds sourced from various brokers and vendors. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of data, which are essential for decision-making processes within the organization. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

Oversee the end-to-end process of integrating data feeds with external brokers/vendors, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data operations, and customer support.

Implement robust data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data received from external sources.

Monitor and analyze incoming data feeds to identify any anomalies, errors, or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain data integrity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and vendors regarding data feed-related inquiries and issues.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains in data feed management.

Proactively drive initiatives to enhance the reliability, scalability, and usability of data feeds within the organization.

Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and training materials for internal teams on the setup and management of data feeds, and data quality best practices.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to broker data feeds, data privacy, and security.

What you’ll need:

Substantial years of product management experience in enterprise (B2B) and cloud-based (SaaS) applications.

Deep understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and data feeds.

Proven experience in data management, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on data feeds from brokers and vendors.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II) is a plus.

Experience managing and/or developing products directly relevant to Legal, Accounting, Consulting, and Financial Services industries.
