The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You will manage costing associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges, and present these to clients.

You will manage Cost Consultants to identify and execute opportunities that improve cost management procedures, templates and products to enhance services provided to stakeholders.

Job Summary:

Performs tasks and procedures for the area/function while following documented policies and procedures, whilst working collaboratively with a team.

You’ll be responsible for:

Performs standard tasks and complete procedures for the area/function, such as data management.

Supports projects and work streams by providing assistance with research, data analysis, and project coordination.

Follows documented policies and procedures for the area/function to ensure compliance and consistency.

Contributes to analysing existing processes and highlight areas of improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team/area.

Builds knowledge, experience, and capability in the area/function through training and professional development opportunities.

Seeks input from senior roles on professional development and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Maintains accurate records of data and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Participates in meetings and communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the team/area.
