Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Senior Manager with expertise in SAP to lead our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for SAP projects, including integration, regression, and performance testing.

- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure testing is aligned with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze and report on testing metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.

- Stay up-to-date with SAP technology advancements and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in QA leadership roles, with a focus on SAP.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, SCM).

- Experience with SAP testing tools (e.g., SAP TAO, SAP CTS).

- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to Have:

- Certification in SAP or QA (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, ISTQB).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).
