Job Summary
Handing all the branch’s documentation including filling of the company’s source documents (Airway bills, Daily sales sheets, weekly sales reports, etc).
Key Responsibilities
Market company’s services & products with the view to meeting monthly sales targets
Keeping safe custody of all branch’s stationery.
Safekeeping and proper disbursements of branch’s float as directed by company policy
Management of PODs generation and remittance to origin stations
Customer information management including telephones, e-mails, etc
Handling complaints and objections from internal and external customers
Any other duties that may, from time to time, be assigned
Requirements
SC/ND in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent
Any graduate qualification is a plus
Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in similar position
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to apply judgment
Information management skills
Ability to communicate (Verbal & written)
