Position Overview

As the oldest and largest tree care company in the U.S., Davey has a rich heritage of scientific and environmental leadership. We are looking for a project manager to support marketing within our residential business segment.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is process oriented. Possesses a curiosity around program performance and is adept in various facets of consumer marketing. Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset are critical to success.

Job Duties

Lead marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and business goals.

Manage an internal ticketing process to address user questions and marketing needs.

Collaborate with internal teams as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.

Manage external partners to reach program goals and project deadlines.

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and related systems and data to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs.

Manage marketing lists to ensure quality targeting and campaign tracking.

Ensure that marketing material complies with technical standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of marketing related business experience.

Willing to follow detailed process guidelines.

Strong project management skills.

Strong internet research skills.

Strong communication, writing, and proofing skills.

Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint or Google equivalents.

Preferred Skills:

Exceptional MS Excel skills.

Experience working with:

Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.

Microsoft Power BI.

Database programs.

Analytics platforms.

Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.

Budgeting software

Experience managing agency or freelance partners.

Experience developing marketing strategy to meet business objectives.
