We are looking for Senior Executive/Executive position handling dispute/recovery/queries/ investigation related to eBanking, IBG & RPP and perform general ledgers (GL) reconciliation. The successful candidates will be reporting to Manager, Global Payment Centre department.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle dispute / recovery / queries / investigate related to eBanking, IBG & RPP and ensure all cases are attended within the service level agreement (SLA).

Monitor IBG and RPP general ledgers (GL) and perform GLs reconciliation.

Prepare reports for Paynet, BNM or other relevant channels.

Perform DRP and BCP as per Paynet and BNM guidelines.

Prepare MIS reports.

Participate in UAT testing when is required and assist supervisor in monitoring the team.

Other’s roles and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time related to job scope.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian Citizen.

Bachelor's Degree in in any discipline or experience in payments or branch operations.

3-5 years of working experience in banking or financial institution sector.

Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.

PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances, self-driven, problem solving and result-oriented.
