Assembler - 1st Shift

Our client is in need of an experienced assembler. The ideal candidate will have be skilled at assembling small parts, and have strong familiarity with close tolerance work. You will need to be delicate (in handling), precise, detail oriented and possess meticulous work habits.

Skills required:

Read a drawing of specific parts and build from it, holding specifications.

Tig weld stainless steel tubes closed.

Strip wires and prepare mineral insulated cables.

Mix and use epoxy insulating resin and adhesive cement.

In process and testing cable assemblies

Use of multimeters, wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, knives, rulers, etc.

Kit all components on Pick Ticket, necessary to fill orders.

Use wire cutting machine to cut wires to length.

Use cutting wheel to cut tubing.

Keep accurate count of inventory components.
