JOB OVERVIEW:

The Digital Marketing Manager, with guidance from the Vice President, Marketing, will own the end-to-end growth strategies of The Battery Atlanta’s digital assets.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the VP of Marketing to expand brand visibility and tone, establishing yearly schedules and budgets for digital initiatives, developing engaging social media and blog content, generating reports, and implementing website improvements to advance enterprise objectives for the property.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Allocate budgets to various digital platforms based on past performance, audience demographics, and strategic goals. Regularly monitor KPIs such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI. Provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Develop and execute digital media content using a mix of formats to drive engagement and increase brand awareness for The Battery Atlanta, tenants and partners Stay updated with current digital trends and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the third-party hosting agency to ensure the website is up-to-date and user-friendly; implement enhancements. Regularly review website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Develop and execute the internal and external newsletters via Constant Contact; evaluate performance and adjust content and creative as needed to meet or exceed industry standards.

Work closely with retailers to support their events and promotional programs, with a push to drive sales and traffic to The Battery Atlanta; enhanced focus on optimizing overage rent tenants through regular discussions with VP, Marketing, and leadership.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and improve our competitive position.

Partner with VP, Marketing to amplify creative pipeline and develop new concepts that will add to the organizational goals.

Provide guidance and mentorship to the Marketing Trainee/Intern by offering opportunities for hands-on learning and exposure to various aspects of digital marketing.

Bring forward opportunities for personal digital marketing upskilling that will reduce reliance on third parties, pursuing any approved options for the betterment of the enterprise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of marketing and social media experience.

Must be a proactive, organized, solution and detail-oriented person, who can prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision.

An understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures and the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds in all levels within the company.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Self-motivated individual with high degree of responsibility, sense of urgency and accountability.

Must be a team player, who cares about the team's work and success.

Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency.

Knowledge of digital management programs such as Constant Contact, Sprout, and Canva preferred.

Able to work long hours, overtime, weekends and occasional holidays.

Must complete a successful background check.
