The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals by developing sales programs and obtaining orders from customers in territories assigned. Accountable for the sale and occasional service of Measurement products (Consistency and Solids Measurement Transmitters) to new and existing customer accounts. Coordinates and participates in the product, project engineering and field service support work that are required for the sales to be developed.

As part of an industry leading organization, the Area Sales Manager works closely with colleagues and customers to ensure optimal solutions and deliver the right solutions.

Expectations

To excel in the role, you should have experience in selling technical products in a process industry. Ideally experienced in the paper mill or industrial process industries, you will be calling on customers, cultivating strategic relationships, and providing value-added solutions to the customer. Working in a collaborative, results oriented, matrixed environment, communication and responsiveness is essential. You balance a desire to support and work closely with customers and deliver business results.
