Accountant/Analyst - Miamisburg - Finance - FT/Days

Preferred Qualifications

The Staff Accountant position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for numerous journal entries.

Maintain accounting records such as Bank Reconciliations, GL account reconciliations, and Subsidiary Ledgers.

Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.

Support monthly and year-end financial closes.

Prepare audit schedules by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.

Perform basic financial analysis as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and 1-3 years of experience.

Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office applications. Financial applications and database experience preferred.

Previous experience in healthcare field preferred.

Organizational skills

Ability to accept change and constructive criticism

Ability to provide professional services to all customers
