The Liquidity Analyst will be a part of the Global liquidity team and will be responsible for optimizing liquidity for various countries/regions, obtaining cash forecasts, and executing transaction to fund accounts or invest cash.

Partner with the best

You will be responsible for developing and executing funding, liquidity and cash optimizing strategies for the Europe, MENAT, SSA & Russia. The role has the right mix of routine process tasks and the one of critical business problem solving opportunities, which gives an in-depth knowledge of cash operations in treasury.

As Liquidity Analyst you will be responsible for:

Monitor & report cash balances & liquidity positions across countries.

Optimize daily cash positions and liquidity through strategic planning for various countries & regions.

Obtain short term forecasts from various teams such as B2P (Buy to Pay), Tax, Payroll and other teams.

Support in setup of cash pooling and other banking solutions to automate funding of bank accounts.

Execute transactions to fund bank accounts and invest surplus cash to generate interest income.

Execute cash maps to support repatriation of cash OR various strategic transactions.

Support intercompany funding & settlement processes.

Support ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have experience in working at a Corporate Treasury function.

Have excellent communication skills in various forms, including verbal, written and presentational in English and preferably in Italian

Manage relationships; be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people.

Be resilience, there are many pressures within the role which are related to both time and the need to make appropriate decisions within a dynamic environment.

Have a Bachelors in finance or accounting

Have advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in software tools (MS Office and Treasury Software.
