The Opportunity

As a Technical Analyst you will be supporting our Policy Administration system and other ancillary applications and business processes in both day-to-day operations and project initiatives. You will support and work directly with our End Users and other IT Teams to resolve application issues and system enhancements. This role has on-call responsibilities, with hybrid work arrangements with defined days in our downtown Cincinnati office and working remotely from home.

Job Responsibilities

Maintains and configures application to ensure application integrity and reliability:

Tunes application to run smoothly.

Implements enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and functionality.

Creates and maintains files, standard reports, and ad-hoc reporting.

Maintains application security.

Responds to service requests.

Prepares technical requests for program development, logic, coding, and corrections:

Documents and communicates systems support issues to end-users.

Contributes to test plan creation, testing, debugging, and installation support of an application.

Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

3 to 5 years of related experience.

Basic SQL Inquiry skills

Experience preparing software bug write ups

Ideal Qualifications

Understanding of Business Processing, New Business, Claims, Policy Owner Services, Loans, Withdrawals

Policy Administration System knowledge
