Job Responsibilities

Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. (CNAHSI) is seeking a dynamic and talented Human Resources Manager. This position ensures HR activities are in compliance with State and Federal laws, licensing and accreditation agencies (HRSA, CMS, Joint Commission, etc.). Provides hands-on management of all HR functions including compensation, benefits, recruitment, training/orientation, employee relations, policy development, workers compensation and maintaining all personnel records in files/HR System/database such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics for reporting. This position reports to the Compliance Officer.
