Paralegal/Litigation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Paralegal/Litigation Specialist to become a part of our team! Your role will be to own the litigation process for all cases where litigation has been filed.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all aspects of the litigation process are completed ahead of deadlines

Communicate with clients to answer questions and help organize appointments/treatment, when necessary

Actively communicate with our attorneys and defense attorneys/staff to ensure that appropriate information is being exchanged/filed

Review all responses from the defense and notify our attorneys of any issues or missing information

Communicate with the clients to coordinate treatment, schedule meetings, etc.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Previous litigation experience in professional law firm office setting (personal injury experience is a big plus)

Ability to prioritize, multitask and self-direct

Able to work well alone and with a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
