Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Lodi, CA

Pay: $24.50 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, welding (TIG/MIG), and fabrication. Electrical experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment.

Identify sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts as needed.

Determine changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.

Maintain inventories of equipment parts and supplies.

Train production workers on routine preventive maintenance.

Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.

Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

Plumbing experience

Welding experience (TIG/MIG)

Fabrication experience

Electrical experience (beneficial but not required)

Ability to work Monday to Friday, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
