Pick/Pack Warehouse Clerk
Location: On Site - Warehouse – Hauppauge, NY
What to Expect
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our world-renowned culture as a Pick/Pack Clerk. This is a vital role that will play an important part in our company’s continued growth.
Your Impact
You will contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that the daily flow of our customer and marketing orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet our customer’s request as efficiently as possible, and this role is the key to that success!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Pick/pack orders according to P.O. or instructions.
Use internal systems to access and pick orders.
Assist all carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) in loading and unloading packages.
Assist with tasks such as counts for parts and stock replenishment.
Maintain replacement parts section of warehouse in an organized manner.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all workstations in the warehouse and the warehouse floor.
Removal of kitchen trash 2 days a week.
Remove office recycling once a week.
Daily kitchen clean up when necessary (coffee clean up, restock, etc.)
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in a fast paced, high-volume shipping/receiving department within a warehouse environment is preferred
Computer skills/experience is required, preferably with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Teams
Must be able to lift/carry 15-20 lbs.
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
