E-Commerce Client Service Representative E-Commerce Client Service Representative responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.

Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.

The E-Commerce Client Service Representative documents and resolves customer problems.

Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.

Additionally, E-Commerce Client Service Representative verifies and processes third party electronic sales orders via Pay by Link for merchandise and services.

Also, processes and maintains client files up to date with accounts and financial data changes.

Responsibilities * Ensure an efficient streamlined process for orders, checkouts and delivery is maintained.

* Ensure that the e-commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations and ease of shopping.

* Work with retail team to meet departmental sales goals and KPIs.

* Verifies and processes third party electronic sales orders via Pay by Link for merchandise and services.

* Handle wide range of client/retail inquires and execute good judgement to resolve matters.

Essential Experience & Requirements * Minimum Two-year college degree in Business or relevant field experience.

* Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organization skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Advanced Excel skills, especially with formulas and formatting.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office.

* Ability to work retail operational hours, some remote work may be required.

* Luxury retail experience and luxury watch/jewelry brand knowledge is preferred.
