Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
HR Data Consolidation & Reporting
Ensure Timely availability of all Data with 100% Accuracy (Monthly MIS HC + Attrition Report) by coordinating with various stakeholders and departments
Support in preparation and review of presentations
Support in R&R, PMS etc
Ensure Closure of Quarterly Awards, Budget Management of R&R
Provide required data and consolidation support in PMS & Compensation, Talent Management exercises while maintain utmost confidentiality
Coordinate end to end regarding release of OAs
Audit Readiness + Ethics & Governance
Support HR Head in audit (TMW,D&I,E&G) documentation & E&G related communication
Support to HR Team
Provide support to SHRBPs as required
Provide support to BHRs in SF related activities - position creation, approvals, mappings etc
Secretarial Assistance
Calendar management with 100% schedule adherence, Travel Management
Support to new joinees during onboarding and induction
Event Support
End to end co-ordination on various business meets - C1 communication & HR Meets etc
Office Administration
Liaise with vendors related to Sr.Level hiring for timely submission of various bills
Ensure optimal utilization of office space
Experience
7 - 10 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources
