Requirements:• At least with 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, selling SaaS solutions to Manufacturing, Retail and/ or Healthcare verticals.
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT Computer Science or equivalent • Consistent track record in successfully sell enterprise-level software solutions (e.g.
CMMS, Content Management, Digital Experience Platform, eBusiness or eCommerce applications), both in a direct or indirect selling model • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English verbally and in writing • Strong analytical abilities and critical mindset • Proactive, responsible, well-organized and possess a can-do attitude • Must be able to work under pressure with set sales target goals.
Scopes:• Primary role is to build key customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals • To identify potential customers within all levels of organisation, including C-Suites • To plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers • To proactively develop existing accounts – leverage on cross sale and upsell opportunities.
• To work with vendors, marketing and technical teams to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue • Proficient at making presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict the prospects’ future needs • To develop a rapport with new customers, set target for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationships.
• To lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events • Good sales planning with thorough knowledge of market research, our competitors and most importantly of the solutions /services we provide.
