About the role

Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and checking stock, general housekeeping, and stock counts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Checking Stock, assisting with the checking of Stock before stock leaves premises – match on WMS

• Assist with the counting of stock daily -WMS

• Pick stock according to WMS

• Packing stock in the correct store area as per Warehouse Layout, stock codes and descriptions, and shelf as per WMS Instructions.

• General housekeeping and cleaning

• Ensure that no substandard stock is supplied to customers

• Comply to Safety regulations at all times

• Clean all stock before packing in designated storage areas and cleanliness is maintained throughout.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)

• Min of 2 Years relevant working experience

• Good Written & verbal communication skills

• Prepared to work shifts

• Computer Experience (need to be able to use MS Office – Intermediate Level)

• Knowledge of the Pool & Spa & Irrigation industry

• Language - English fluency in speech and literacy

• Concern for order, quality, and accuracy

• Team player (Ability to working within a team)

• Punctual

• Attention to Detail
