We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support best-in-class digital marketing for Dockers brand in the US across digital media. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative digital marketing strategy. This role involves campaign execution, reporting, and project management across Docker’s digital marketing channels

. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.

About the Job

Execute on campaign strategy including - new campaign launches, keyword research, audience expansion, creative briefing, and flighting

Ongoing reporting and QA responsibilities to ensure the program is up to standards and surpassing business KPIs

Maintain paid media calendar for Dockers brand including Dockers.com, outlining campaigns and placements to support seasonal stories, product stories, and promotional events

Collaborate with Creative and Brand team’s to ensure that Docker’s marketing assets come to life and reflect brand values

Report on channel performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, ensuring traffic and revenue growth while maintaining steady return

Support paid social but be open to supporting marketing channel as needed (Google, Social and Affiliate marketing) and flex as needed between channels

About You

2+ years of experience/internship in digital marketing with a focus on paid search

Hands-on experience in Meta and TikTok preferred. Some experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads preferred.

Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Excel etc.

Advanced English Proficiency required.

Strong quantitative analytics skills

Strong project management skills

Strong attention to detail

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners

Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience
