for Google Analytics 4 Developer:

Implement and configure Google Analytics 4 tracking code on Standard and Custom implementations using even tracking method on event category, event label, even value, event action + Custom dimensions, ensuring accurate data collection and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) based on business requirements.

Hands on experience on migrating Google Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 to ensure historical data are migrated.

Good exposure and real time hands on Custom implementation using JavaScript, jQuery, and keen knowledge on Single Page Application Tracking & other CMS.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Solution Design Reference, Technical Specification, Dashboard Creation, Implementation guides, and quality assurance procedures, to ensure consistency and accuracy in tracking implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to define tracking requirements and implement tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch other TMS tools.

Conduct regular audits and troubleshooting of tracking implementations using Console.log to identify and resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Analyze data collected through Google Analytics 4 to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing digital experiences and driving business outcomes.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, tracking technologies, and data privacy regulations, and proactively recommend updates and enhancements to tracking implementations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in web analytics implementation, with a focus on Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and experience with Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

Experience with implementing tracking solutions on various content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Analytics certification (GAIQ) or equivalent.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
