ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office in Trevose, PA on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

As a Product Management Intern, you will collaborate with our design & development teams to help build delightful experiences. You will gain hands on experience working on an agile scrum team, gain full understanding of the product development process, and learn how to use user research to drive the ideation process, which will then lead to validation and development.

The Product Management Intern will report directly to the Director, Product Management, and work alongside other members of the Product Management & UX department.

This is a paid internship with an hourly pay-rate of $18.00 per hour. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

Work with the product team to define Epics and document User Stories including acceptance criteria for new features and product changes.

Help to define candidates for user research and create insights and actions from findings.

Participate in design workshops and refinements.

Design ideation.

Assist with backlog management and road mapping using industry standard best practices.

Understand and evaluates competitive landscape.

Participate in design critiques and collaboration.

Assist user experience product management team.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a university majoring in Design, User Experience, Product Management, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction and/or a related field.

Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision (or other prototyping tools), or HTML/CSS

Ability to discuss and explain design ideas.

Innovative approach to problem solving.

Previous internship experience is a plus.
