Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain ASPICE-compliant software development processes across the organization.

Collaborate with project teams to tailor ASPICE processes to specific project needs, objectives, and constraints.

Develop and maintain process documentation, templates, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate process adherence and knowledge sharing.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

Coordinate with stakeholders, internal auditors, and external assessors to ensure successful ASPICE assessments and certifications.

Enforce a quality culture, innovation, and collaboration within the organization through ASPICE-related initiatives and activities.

Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems, tools, and metrics to monitor and measure process performance.

Must Have:

Real-time experience of defining and rolling-out ASPICE processes. Experienced handling mindset shift and resistance while dealing with stakeholders.

Conduct outside-in business analysis to drive key initiatives and bring relevant insights.

Conduct internal process assessments, audits, and reviews to evaluate process maturity, and ensure compliance with ASPICE standards.

Provide guidance, training, and support to project teams on ASPICE concepts, practices, tools, and techniques.

Certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor or Certified ASPICE Competent Assessor credentials preferred.

Nice to have:

Understanding on ISO 26262, Cyber security, AI/ML relevant process experience

Understanding on predictive analytics and driving inferences for operational optimization

Prior experience in Embedded Software development/testing

Prior experience leading external ASPICE audits

SAFe/Agile experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's/MBA degree is a plus.

Proven experience in change management, software development, quality assurance, or process engineering within the automotive industry.

In-depth knowledge of ASPICE standards, models, and practices. Familiarity with ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE) is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.

Proficiency in relevant software development tools, methodologies, and technologies.

Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

Automotive experience is desirable.
