Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical consulting for requirements gathering, defining the scope of work, establishing the working model for German customers.

Strategic planning, handling teams & projects from concept to delivery, Manage/Plan onsite/offshore product development activities.

Customer interactions, delivery management (on time, within budget, with highest quality)

Project management (tools, reports, techniques, methodologies & practices)

People management (Including evaluating suitability of resource for a project, performance monitoring, appraisal & feedback, mentoring, motivation for people development)

BE/BTECH in Mechanical/Automotive engineering or other allied fields

Experience: 12 + years

Mandatory Skills:

Working knowledge of Product development & design methods (CAD & PDM tools like Catia V5, Team Center etc.)

Exposure to Project management methods (like MS Project etc.)

Proficient in making project plans, tracking, presentation and reporting (like MS Office)

Good people management skills.

Preferred skills:

German language will be an added advantage.
