The hiring company is currently looking for a Music Course Consultant to join the New
York Team. They are seeking positive, organized, enthusiastic, customer-centric and dependable Representatives who can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of music products and services
Responsible for daily updates of client information in database
Ability to multi-task and problem-solving
Other job duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Prior experience as a customer service representative in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Music background is strongly preferred
