Benefits Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst to join a prestigious corporation based in the vibrant Atlanta area. Our ideal candidate possesses over 3 years of experience in benefits management, preferably with proficiency in Dayforce or a similar HRIS system. We're looking for someone who is not only intellectually curious but also possesses strong analytical skills, prioritizing critical thinking over routine processing. This role offers a hybrid work setup and abundant opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

Intermediate level Excel

Undergraduate degree preferred but not required

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

1+ years of experience in benefits administration

Proficiency in Dayforce preferred

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
