We are looking for a Staffing Recruiter with recruiting experience in staffing for light industrial / manufacturing positions. Professionally represent our company to prospective candidates for specified market and other areas as requested by Human Resources. Source resumes, interview applicants by telephone, email, in person, or by other means for the purpose of filling all positions or to build a pool of approved candidates. Schedule and structure interviews, document responses and record as required. Assist candidates and other interviewers with the process.

Essential Functions:
Analyze staffing needs and develop a recruiting plan for market
Source resumes for local candidates and network or passive candidates (conduct reverse searches and email campaigns)
Set up and conduct phone screens, face-to-face, video interviews
Assure all candidate info and interview notes are properly recorded
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their application
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
Assist with new hire paperwork, interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
Requirements:
Strong computer skills desired, proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
A history of being dependable and reliable
Strong team leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to identify problems and issues of varying complexities and to find effective solutions with few guidelines
Work as a productive member of a team toward a common goal and contributing to team development
Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s license
Experience in handling customer and employee relations
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.
Experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant, Recruiting or Staffing preferred
