Business Process Analyst

Alexander Technology Group is currently working with a Defense Client that is looking to hire a Business Process Analyst with Infor LN experience to join their team remotely. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Utilize Infor LN expertise to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements. Translate business needs into functional requirements and design specifications.

Solution Design: Design and propose solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize utilization of the Infor LN system. Develop detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.

System Configuration and Customization: Configure Infor LN modules to align with improved business processes. Customize system functionality as needed to meet specific business requirements, leveraging Infor LN tools and technologies.

Requirements:

5+ Years Business Analyst experience with Infor LN expertise.

Experience in change management and driving organizational change initiatives.

Must be US Citizen, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
