Data Analyst

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Life Sciences

Experience with pharma and digital data sources including, syndicated sales, first party activity, real world data sources such as anonymized patient claims, digital/social media interactions, and unstructured text data

Proven leadership experience organizing, managing, and motivating teams of data scientists and analyst to perform in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Detail oriented and operationally focused with a track record of improving process and leading through change

Experience working with diverse set of stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes that create business impact

Highly collaborative, with experience of building and nurturing productive networks

Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to break down complex topics into understandable vignettes

Very strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a time and resource constrained environment

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups and senior leaders
