Location: Onsite in Katy, TX

Duration: Full Time/ Direct Hire

Salary Range: $150,000-160,000 + 15% Annual Bonus

As our Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital landscape. You'll work closely with a team of designers, developers, and product managers to create and execute digital strategies that align with our overall business goals. This role is about 70% management and 30% hands on development. This team has a front end development focus. Tech Stack: JavaScript/Typescript with React framework

Experience Required:

5+ years of experience in software development across multiple platforms especially including ecommerce/transactional site and applications across a range of devices

Capable of collaborative iteration in a fast-paced environment with short product life cycles

Experience with responsive website design and development, including cross and back browser usability

Expertise in web applications and programming languages including HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and API
