Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Role Summary

We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal installations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic project management, and leadership skills to oversee projects from planning through to successful execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects specializing in HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans are realistic, efficient, and adhere to all relevant codes and standards.

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work plans, identifying resources and materials required for successful project completion.

Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to mitigate risks and address any issues that arise.

Maintain continuous communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and resolving any concerns promptly.

Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety and respect for the environment on all job sites.

Qualifications

Proven track record managing HVAC, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects, with at least 7 years of experience in project management within these specialties.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, pipefitting techniques, and sheet metal fabrication and installation.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and coordinating diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
