Position: Manufacturing Manager

Location: North Canton OH (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary Range: $100-125k

Must Haves:

6+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management fields

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing) and strategic planning

Must work 5 days onsite in North Canton, OH

Plusses:

Background working in pump/fluid handling industry

Previous experience working as a machinist/assembler

Previous experience working with software such as Oracle, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, UKG AutoTime, etc.

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join one of our largest industrial clients. This individual will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a staff of 60-65 employees as well finding new ways for continuous improvement on the shop floor. A qualified candidate will be an excellent communicator and leader who has strong mechanical aptitude and strategic thinking abilities. This is an onsite position based out of North Canton, Ohio.
