Job Description:

The client is looking for experienced analog behavioral modeling to develop behavioral models using Wreal/SV-RNM for DC-DC converter IP.

Experience with behavioral modeling of analog circuits Amplifiers, Oscillators, Bandgaps, ADCs, etc in Wreal (and/or) SV-RNM.

DC-DC Converter (Buck, Boost, LDO) modeling experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) verification flows using the Cadence tool suite.

Familiar with Cadence schematic capture, virtuoso, Spectre, and/ or HSPICE circuit simulation tools.

Must be able to work independently, and create and adhere to schedules.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with analog and digital behavioral modeling.
