Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization and clients. You will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements, best practices, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations.

Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives.

Architect complex Salesforce solutions that include customization of standard Salesforce functionality, development of custom applications, integrations with external systems, and data migrations.

Lead technical design sessions and workshops to translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and technical specifications.

Define Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.

Conduct code reviews and technical inspections to ensure quality and adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.

Evaluate new Salesforce features, products, and technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance the organizations Salesforce capabilities.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce solution offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect. Proven experience architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.

Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), Salesforce Lightning Experience, and Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.).

Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and data synchronization techniques.

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and experience leading Agile development teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ability to lead and mentor development teams, foster collaboration, and drive technical excellence.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
