Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist NPI team with developing new assembly instructions and process balancing and take time (standard time) review

2. Support assembly and whole process effort as needed

3. Production productivity improvement, Continue process improvement of existing processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree & above in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred

Job Experience:

Required:

one to three years previous experience of Electronics products required

Technical/ Professional skills:

Required:

1. Fluent on both English & Chinese language

2. Microsoft Office proficiency

3. SAP

4. 5M (Man power / Machines / Materials / Methods / Measurements)

5. Knowledge of standard hours, conversion cost and manufacturing process
