What we are looking for:

As a NORAM Channel Account Manager, you are responsible for the following

Develop & execute a strategic business plan together with partners, assisting them in developing a long-term strategy to ensure they achieve mutual agreed goals

Maintain current relationships with partners and assure their satisfaction

Grow current relationships with partners to establish further opportunities

Conduct regular training and enablement of partners

Define requirements and support the execution of product marketing campaigns with channel partners, developing brand awareness together with AnyDesk’s marketing team

Provide insight into channel requirements, trends, competition, and pricing

Promote AnyDesk’s portfolio through product demos, webinars and by representing AnyDesk’s at Industry Trade Shows

Complete other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Fluent in English

Experience in channel sales and account management in IT industry with focus on SaaS

Customer focus with the determination to exceed partner’s expectations

Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation, and retention skills

Problem solving skills, creativity, and positive attitude towards challenges

Passion and understanding for technology (Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions), emphasis on software understanding, CRM (HubSpot is a plus), and business analysis

Preferred Skills and Experience:

A communicative, empathetic demeanor and a passion for teamwork.

Independent, solution-oriented, and structured work approach.

Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and other tools.

Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technology platforms.

Flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer needs.

Organized and structured with excellent analytical skills
