Regional Sales Manager
Medical Device and Diagnostics
Customers: Hospitals, Hospital Systems, Physician Groups
The West Regional Sales Manager, is responsible for achieving sales plans and strategies, market share goals, brand position, and new product commercialization goals. This will be accomplished by leading and managing a high-performing sales team that surpasses objectives.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience (OTE 270K uncapped) car, benefits.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, develop and manage Sales and Specialists in the Region
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing results team that fosters a culture of teamwork
Direct the selling activities within the Region
Efficiently manages the region’s Key Accounts client relationships. Works with senior leadership to ensure attention and business growth in key account segments
Manage the tracking and analysis of key metrics to ensure success, including automated sales reports from internal reporting systems and forecasting
Create a ‘winning culture’ based on leadership and accountability
Develop and execute market development and competitive takeaways
Lead product launches to deliver value to customers
Develop, coach and mentor sales professionals to enhance their professional skill sets
Manage budgets and expenses, working with Technical Support, Service, Marketing, Sales Administration and Operations departments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree. Graduate degree a plus
Experience as a top performing sales leader in the Capital /Medical Diagnostics Equipment, Medical Device or Medical Products market with in-depth experience in the development and implementation of sales and tactical marketing initiatives.
Minimum 2+ yrs. of managing Sales Representatives responsibility
Large/Key Account and Integrated Delivery Network performance experience
Health Outcomes, ability to sell Value vs. Price across a multidisciplinary call points
