Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for frontline manufacturing operations
Monitor and report yields and output, identifying opportunities for improvement
Assist in project support activities as required
Evaluate production equipment and processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct process validation and troubleshooting as needed
Write protocols and reports to document findings and outcomes
Generate and update manufacturing process documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering (Master’s degree accepted)
0-2 years of experience, co-op or internship experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to learn and adapt
