Lead SAP MM Functional Analyst

Direct Hire / Full Time Role. NO Relocation Assistance Provided. Onsite Monday - Thursday, Remote on Fridays.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires at least 8+ years SAP functional experience with at least 2 to 3 years of Sourcing or Procure-to-Pay implementation-related experience.

Prefer consulting background and experience.

A background in supply chain management is a must-have.

Previous experience as an IT Architect on programs.

Experience working on O2C and P2P implementation projects.

Experience with key architecture frameworks, patterns, and methods.

Proven track record of building Business solutions, functional specification, working closely with technical resources to develop the functionalities.

Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow through. Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, where and when needed, to do what’s right for the customer and for the organization (i.e., think through workarounds, evaluate risk of various deployment options, etc.)

Strong consulting leading and mentoring skills along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead projects with an end-to-end view into planning, organization, and execution
