Travel Service Engineer
Position: Service Engineer
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Pembroke Pines, Florida
Salary: Based on Experience

• University Degree in Engineering [Mechanical or Process Engineering Preferred but similar degree in Engineering will be considered].
• Willingness to travel frequently (50% + Travel Time)
• Business-fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be located in the US (local candidate preferred).
Role & Responsibility
• Provide service support to customers regarding process optimizations.
• Provide customers with technical recommendations for plant optimization
• Introduce technical innovations to existing plants that promote operations in better economic conditions
• Interface with customers and field services on the execution of repairs, improvements, and audits
• Identification of necessary spare parts
• Investigate technical aspects and root cause of failures to prepare diagnostic reports with corrective actions, preventive measures and technical solutions
• Provide technical support to customers with repairs, improvements and audits on their plants
• Installation supervision and Process Commissioning supervision in the field of Customer Service projects
• Regular detailed reporting of plant visits and audits for further processing
• Comply with all relevant company and statutory health and safety procedures and guidelines
** Preferred
• Professional experience in plant engineering (preferably in the cement industry)
• Professional experience in the field of Customer Service
• Sound communication skills; ability to work well in a team setting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
