Information Technology Support Specialist

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. This role involves providing IT support to the local office and being a key resource for technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle IT needs for the Mount Prospect office, working as part of a local and global team.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, including handling walk-up inquiries and resolving any issues.

• Use your experience in imaging machines, specifically Dell, to assist with technical tasks.

• Resolve basic connectivity issues, demonstrating your knowledge in multi-domain environments.

• Act as one of the go-to people for technical issues, using your problem-solving skills to provide solutions.

• Utilize your experience in SCCM, O365, and Active Directory in daily tasks.

• Carry out tasks related to provisioning accounts and systems administration.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all clients are satisfied with the support received.

• Utilize your skills in Desktop Imaging, Computer Imaging, Desktop Support, Remote Desktop Support, MS Office 365, O 365, Desktop Hardware, Computer Hardware, Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Basic Network Troubleshooting, and Connectivity Issues.
