Claims/Risk Management Attorney – Boston, Massachusetts

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Claims Management, Risk Management Attorney with experience handling Construction, Architecture and Engineering matters to work on a hybrid basis. The ideal Candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. The candidate will draft and manage contracts, negotiate, resolve, and litigate for construction and design clients and will collaborate with colleagues on case management as needed. This is a Temp to Hire position.

Responsibilities

Review and draft routine legal documents and conduct legal research

Create and maintain case files and be able to handle complex disputes and litigation matters

Negotiate, litigate and resolve construction, architecture, engineering, and design matters

Knowledgeable in the handling and management of said claims

Facilitate organization strategies to meet Court deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Required

J.D. from an accredited law school required

Barred in Boston Massachusetts

Prior Risk/Claims Management Experience in Construction Design

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge of standard MS Office Suite, and Legal Research Search Engines
