Job Description: Addison Group is partnered with a client who is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Benefits Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in benefits-related roles and demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include liaising with vendors to optimize benefits packages for the company, assisting employees with enrollment, inquiries, and support. Additionally, the role entails collaboration with the full-time Payroll Processor on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll efforts. Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of benefits experience

2.Experience dealing with Vendors for benefits as well as assisting employees with benefits related questions

3.Experience with HSA and FSA accounts

4.Experience assisting with Payroll

5. Bilingual in English and Spanish
