We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Rutherford, NJ. In this role, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the salon, while also spearheading our social media marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Salon Manager with all aspects of salon operations, managing employees, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including photos, videos, and promotions.

Manage our email marketing campaigns, crafting compelling newsletters and targeted promotions.

Oversee the salon team, providing coaching and ensuring they deliver exceptional service.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon environment.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the beauty industry.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing a salon or spa.

Strong understanding of social media and email marketing best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with creating engaging social media content (photos, videos, etc.).

Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for the beauty industry.
